Systemic Team Coaching

Systemic Team Coaching

Systemic Team Coaching (STC) is the process of coaching the team and leader simultaneously so as to both save time and resources, and to ignite and engage change in all team members. The process involves the Discovery phase of Team Assessment (described below) and then a clear path over the course of a year with at least two to three face to face meetings with the teams. Individual, dyadic, and triadic coach sessions are a key part of the process.
