Qualitative 360 Report

Often 360 feedback from colleagues, reports, supervisors, and owners provides invaluable insights to both the leader and the organization. Up to fifteen interviews are generally held creating a comprehensive view of the leader. Often completed alongside the Leading Edgeâ„¢ the coach plan is clarified and ready for execution.

Coaching Engagement

Coaching Engagements

A standard coaching engagement is generally a one year duration with the goals of the coach plan reviewed at least quarterly with the leader and organization to track and communicate progress. Often engagements are extended once goals are completed, if additional work in the leader, team, or organization is needed and desired. A new engagement plan and new goals are set in place for any additional engagements. On occasion, a six-month coach engagement is requested when rapid acceleration of leadership is required. Leaders meet with the coach approximately 4-6 hours/month, but again this is a customized process to fit the organization and the leader.
