A 360 Evaluation is a written or online instrument that records and measures feedback from reports, peers, supervisors, and others in the workplace to provide the leader with in depth feedback about his/her leadership from all angles. The report is processed with a trained executive coach to strategize its impact and target leadership behaviors to enhance and modulate.
While the 360 process can at first seem intimidating, most leaders find it is the most helpful tool they have experienced in their leadership development.
