Dr. Karen Maudlin is an experienced licensed psychologist and executive coach with a broad understanding of business needs, goals, and strategies. As a highly regarded Executive Coach and consultant for the past twenty years, she has developed an expertise with both US and Global leaders and their teams. Dr. Maudlin has coached primarily VP, SVP, EVP, and C-Suite executives who desire to extend their leadership repertoire to meet new challenges during change.

Since 2010, Karen has gained extensive experience and focus on coaching foreign-born high-level executives in US-based global companies and assisting COOs in preparation and transition to the CEO role. In her coaching, she delivers tangible, bottom-line business results, through strengthening leadership capacity and repertoire, executive presence, and communication strategies.

Dr. Maudlin has extensive experience in coaching executives who are navigating difficult individuals (vertical or lateral), developing their next career step, enhancing the team’s global mindset, and building strategic business and leadership plans. Karen also provides candidate and leadership assessment for on-boarding and leadership development. Dr. Maudlin has worked primarily with leaders from Fortune 100 companies, including Wells Fargo, Abbott, Aon Hewitt, PepsiCo, McDonald’s, Nationwide, Abbvie, Shire, Baxalta, Roche/Genentech, Jitterbit, VSP, and other clients from the pharmaceutical, finance, legal, and tech industries.
